You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your account lifecycle. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pk0790 may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk0790 username and password. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. pk0790 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after the applicable notice period has elapsed. Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your pk0790 account by submitting a written request to our support team. Any available real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
pk0790 reserves the right to terminate any account immediately and without notice where a player has materially breached these Terms.
